Plant Replacement Checks Start The Beginning of June
Please be sure to fill out the form in its entirety and include pictures of the plant(s) that are in question. One of our team members will contact you with further steps once the form is received and reviewed.
Warranty:
One Year-One Time Replacement
Dundee Nursery warrants its plant material as follows:

12-month for trees, shrubs, and evergreens.

Perennials will have a 12-month warranty for the plant material only. Plant material will need to be picked up at our Maple Grove location. Planting and delivery will be available at current rates.

All plants are warranted to the original Customer ONLY provided i) all required payments were made when due; ii) Customer has cared for the plant in a reasonable manner; iii) plant death was reported during the applicable warranty period; and iv) proof of purchase is furnished. Plants covered under this warranty shall be replaced only once.

Dundee Nursery makes no warranty on replaced plants or plants used in above ground baskets or planters.

Dundee Nursery does not warrant damage caused by animals, sun scald, frost cracks, or any act of God.
