Initial Interview

Initial Interview

The first step of the process is arguably the most important, as you meet face-to-face with your designer to thoroughly discuss your landscape project. We’ll come prepared with plenty of questions and project examples for inspiration, and encourage you to do the same. This is our chance to really get to know you, your family, your tastes, and your lifestyle, so that we can begin to envision what your outdoor space could be.

Once all the information is gathered and your property is measured, your designer will take what they have learned and apply that to the conceptual process. Blending your style and needs with our expertise and artistic flair, your beautiful new landscape will soon begin to take shape.

When everything is ready, we will meet once again to present our unified vision for your area. Not only will we look at a detailed mockup, we will also go over the project scope, discuss the preliminary budget, and take a look at some plant and material suggestions for you to consider. Just don’t be too surprised if we get it exactly how you want it on the very first try.

Resource Selection

Now that you’ve signed off on the design and preliminary budget, it’s time to get down to the details. This is the part where we work together to choose everything that will go into your final landscape, from the type of stones and plants to the brand of furniture and lighting. This is also the time when we will coordinate bids for subcontractors and leverage our industry experience to make sure you get the best team for the job.

Dreams become reality in this exciting stage of the process. Whether your project takes three days or three weeks to complete, you will love watching it come together right before your eyes. We will stay in contact with you to make sure you are informed of updates, delays, or opportunities that may arise (and how we plan to overcome them).

When the construction crews have officially called it a wrap, your designer will come out one last time to show you around your new favorite space. We will happily answer any lingering questions, offer up plant care advice, and provide a proverbial pinch if you still can’t believe your eyes.
